What makes Reco Surfaces different from traditional tiling?
Our surfaces are designed for rapid installation and extreme durability. Unlike traditional tiles, they are grout-free, 100% waterproof, and resistant to mold, making them much easier to clean and maintain over time.
Can I install these products over existing tiles?
Yes, our panels are engineered to be lightweight and slim enough to be installed directly over existing flat surfaces, including old tiles, provided they are clean and securely fixed.
How long does shipping take for standard orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for surplus materials?
We accept returns on unopened and undamaged panels within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-cut orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are Reco Surfaces suitable for high-heat areas like kitchen hobs?
While our surfaces are highly durable, we recommend maintaining a minimum distance of 60mm from direct heat sources or using a glass splashback behind gas hobs to ensure the longevity of the product.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Reco Surfaces are designed as a DIY-friendly product; however, we can provide a list of recommended certified installers in your area if you prefer professional assistance.
